Ragna Endurance Coaching

Ragna Endurance Coaching was born from a passion for endurance sports and many years of experience competing at the highest international level, coaching and supporting athletes on their journey.

Our approach is especially focused on trail running, ultra-distance events and endurance sports, combining training, strength, mobility, recovery and long-term performance.

We mainly work with mountain runners and endurance athletes, but we also support people who want to stay active, build strength and mobility, or take on new personal challenges.
